Kraf Digital provides Kraf Web website-build services and related Helm setup work. Each project is subject to the selected plan and agreed scope. We build fast, custom-coded websites and configure Helm where applicable. We do not provide custom backend systems or WordPress installations.
We maintain a public portfolio of completed work so you can evaluate our quality before committing. Projects begin after a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed website.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed website. No free previews are provided — staging review begins after the deposit is received. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are final as quoted.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. The balance payment is due on delivery. All completed payments are final.

Both Helm Starter and Helm Growth include custom domain registration and setup, business email setup (email forwarding from your domain), and WhatsApp Business setup.

A "revision" is one round of feedback — all changes submitted together in a single batch. We strongly encourage clients to collect all desired changes and submit them at once. Each submission counts as one revision round, regardless of the number of items included.

Revisions begin after the initial build is delivered. Feedback should be consolidated into batches to use revision rounds efficiently.
The first 3 months after delivery include free minor updates. After the 3-month free period:
An "update" or "change" is defined as a single discrete modification (e.g., replacing an image, updating a price, changing text). Requests that involve significant redesign, new page creation, or structural changes are quoted separately.
Payment Checkout (FPX, credit/debit card, e-wallet) is included in the Helm Growth package at no additional cost.
WhatsApp Business Setup is included in both Helm Starter and Helm Growth packages at no additional cost.
Business Email Setupis included in both Helm Starter and Helm Growth packages at no additional cost. This creates a professional email address using the client's domain (e.g., [email protected]).
Domain Registrationis included in both Kraf Business and Helm Growth packages. The domain registration cost (e.g., ~RM 50–60 for .com, ~RM 90–120 for .com.my) is a pass-through charged at the registrar's rate. Kraf Digital covers the setup work at no additional fee.
We provide basic SEO setup (meta tags, page titles, mobile-friendly structure, sitemap) as detailed in Section 5. This is a one-time setup included in all packages, not an ongoing service.
After full payment, all source files become the customer's property. Kraf Digital retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
Before full payment: All designs, code, and deliverables remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kraf Digital until the balance is paid in full. Work-in-progress may not be copied, reproduced, shared with third parties, or used in any form without written permission and full payment.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all content provided to Kraf Digital, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and trademarks. Kraf Digital is not liable for copyright infringement, intellectual property disputes, or legal claims arising from client-supplied content.
By providing content to us, the client confirms they own the rights or have obtained proper licences for all materials supplied.
Website hosting is free for as long as the site remains on our platform. A free subdomain is included (e.g., krafdigital.asia/sites/your-business). Custom domain names are the customer's responsibility to purchase — prices vary by registrar and availability. We provide DNS setup at no charge.
We reserve the right to remove websites from our hosting if the site is used for illegal purposes, violates these terms, or if the customer requests removal.
Website delivered within 3 business days of receiving the deposit and all required materials (logo, content, photos). Revisions are included based on the selected package (2 rounds for Helm Starter, 3 rounds for Helm Growth). Revision timelines begin when complete feedback is received from the client. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.
Delays caused by incomplete materials or late responses from the customer are not our responsibility. The 3-business-day delivery timeline begins when all materials and the deposit are received.
Client responsiveness: If a client is unresponsive for more than 14 days during an active project, the project is considered paused. Reactivation is subject to current availability and may require a revised timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.
Customers may cancel at any time before payment with no penalty. After payment, the project proceeds as agreed — no refunds.
Kraf Digital reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate any project if the client engages in abusive, threatening, or unreasonable behaviour, or if the project scope fundamentally changes beyond what was agreed. In such cases, any work completed up to that point remains billable, and any applicable fees already paid are non-refundable.
Kraf Digital does not guarantee 100% uptime for hosted websites. We rely on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, GitHub) for hosting and deployment. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.
Kraf Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to new projects only — existing agreements remain under the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Kraf Digital is the trading name of KHIDMAT TECH SDN. BHD. (SSM: 202601002071). Our registered office address is a corporate secretarial address used for official correspondence and regulatory filings. As a digital-first company, we operate remotely and do not maintain a walk-in office. All business is conducted online via WhatsApp and email.
